Sino He is the director of KAKO. Unlike many other Cambodians, she attended high school and devoted her life to helping other Cambodians get access to education, too. With this goal, she has been working in education and community development for many years. Sino is the main responsible for KAKO’s local administration. Her hobbies include traveling and cooking.

Project Leader

Thailand

Bumpen Sawaengdee (a.k.a. Ajan) manages most of the projects in the villages. Originally from Thailand, he holds a M.A. in Adult Education from the Srinakharinwirot Prasarnmith University. Ajan spent many years as a consultant at UNICEF with a focus on was adult literacy and primary cluster school projects in Cambodia. His hobbies are traveling, reading, drawing and sports.

Sallo is founder and director of Philanthropy Connections Foundation, a Thai NGO committed to creating community-driven projects. His goal is to create local projects that improve lives in a sustainable, culturally appropriate, and efficient manner. His role at KAKO is centered on improving strategic planning processes and finding international donors.

Annabelle graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business. She has work experience in wealth management and teaching, as well as extensive volunteer experience mainly in microfinance organisations. She loves traveling and has lived in countries across Asia, Europe and North America

Henrik’s role at KAKO is centered on strategic long-term planning. Besides that, he supports the organization by reaching out to international partners and financial management. Besides his role at KAKO, Henrik currently pursues a Ph.D. degree in Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

Currently on a double-degree graduate programme, Clarie very recently concluded her term as co-chair for Women in Business club in Nanyang MBA. Holding an honors degree in Psychology, she brings with her extensive experience in management, sales and professional training. Outside work, she is a trained life coach and owns a handmade jewellery brand.

Maximilian Stallkamp

Max graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.A. in Economics. Originally from Germany, he has lived in 5 countries and gained work experience in the utility industry, nonprofits and public sector organizations, as well corporate tax.
